Roanoke League of Therapists (RLT)

We specialize in services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing space for a monthly parent support group, in-home therapy and specialized in-school support services for identified children. We serve families in Roanoke City and County, Salem, Botetourt Co., Franklin Co, Craig Co., and Bedford Co.

Gail Paysour, BA graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in psychology where her focus was in child development and child psychopathology. She has worked in a variety of milieus including with families with children with developmental disabilities in the Roanoke and Winchester areas of Virginia. Her work included starting an early intervention program in Roanoke, and coordinating the Shenandoah Valley Interagency Coordinating Council for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities. In 2005, Gail joined the League of Therapists, and has focused on building the Roanoke League of Therapists site, the first expansion site after Charlottesville League of Therapists. She also specializes in attachment work with parents and children. Gail has been the Director at the Roanoke Office since 2005.
