Harrisonburg League of Therapists (HLT)

Jennifer Henkel, LCSW, graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work where she was trained in providing clinical service to children and families. Jennifer has worked in a variety of therapeutic milieus including a psychiatric emergency room, therapeutic pre-school, treatment foster care program, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Jennifer joined the League of Therapists in 2000 and has focused on structural family therapy in the home. She also serves clients on an outpatient level specializing in women's issues, adolescent females, trauma work, anxiety, depression, stress management, and grief / loss issues. Jennifer has been the director of HLT since November 2009.

Harrisonburg League of Therapists offers Spanish-speaking home based counseling.
